cannot purchase .xg item

i dont know why

i use my another account to tried 3 browsers and my ipad to purchase item but still

cant by .xg items in the item mall from website

is there any solution for me ?

u cant put it on shopping cart
u must click the item u want to buy as is quick info, then choose the server where u want to put that xg item..
its because xg item is send to ur bank inventory, and not in bank item mall inventory..
