Need help.. for a player coming back..

Hi Im a solo player who just came back.. Im currently lvl 95.. I tried to research guides but I was not able to do it successfully.. Im just unfamiliar with what to next.. Im not aiming for PVP.. but I just want to get best equips/armors/weapons that I could get without spending cash.
1. (Weapon) I noticed that there is a 4-part set weapon around lvl 90 - 11x. But is not available in Magic shop. Should I farm it? Or there are better sets than the 90-11x set?
2. Also same question as 1 but for armors.
3. What are those glacial, broken, onyx things?
4. Where should be good farming spot for a solo player around these levels 95-105?
5. What should be my goal?
