Negative Experience Incident - Maintenance

We are aware of the negative experience some players encountered once they logged in earlier today. This incident happened around 1:30AM PDT.
We have found the cause of this issue and it will be resolved in today's maintenance starting at 07/01 2:00PM PDT.

Start: 2:00 PM PDT
End: 11:00PM PDT

All users affected should not encounter this incident once they log in the game after maintenance.

At this time maintenance has been extended until 11 PM PDT due to circumstances revolving around the Negative Experience problem that occurred. If the servers should come up earlier than expected or are down for further time we will update this post further.
