Client Crashes Upon Clicking Login Button 100% of the Time (New Player):

Greetings,

I am experiencing a client crash 100% of the time I attempt to login. What happens, exactly?
1) Run game
2) Input username and password
3) Click Login button
4) Game crashes completely

I am looking to play the game; will be a new player, if I can get logged into the game.

Here are the things I've attempted to resolve on my own, which have all failed:

1) Set client to Run As Administrator
2) Set client to run in compatibility mode for Vista SP2
3) Set client to run in compatibility mode for XP SP3

What is my current OS?
My current OS is Win 10 64-bit
DirectX 12

the client didnt fully update when you were downloading a patch. youll have to uninstall it, install the game and let it patch again. :)
