ODI or DDI on Taiwan Sports Star (Permanent Costume) is not funtional

GM can you please gives us detail of perma cost possible opt? is it same or different for each permanent costume?

i know abnout it donthave the ODI option, my problem is = You Never explain about the different damage Decrease with Defensive Damage Increase!! if WE got this Explaination, we dont want to spend so much RPS on GRABBIT , i feels like gett FRAUD.

What I'm talking about the ODI and DDI is original ability as below circled.
It's not actually functional or working properly. I've never mentioned the 'added option'

What's the difference between 'damage degrease' and 'defensive damage increase' ?

So many player who sent money and RPS for the costume are wondering the answer.

We sent tickets but haven't got GM's answer directly. That's the reason I posted the thread here.
