ok i have already made 5 accounts none of them worked, im sure i typed the correct uppercase ones, verified them all,probably tried every possible solution found on the net still no luck, and no replies from my ticket, Your account is not registered, da hell with this
make new one with some easy ID and psw. like 12345 ID and 12345 PSW,and try to log in,if you cant log in then problem can be maybe IP restriction,maybe this rohan version cant be played in country where you are from.
Go to your account info page, add rohan blood feud to your game list :|
blacks24 is correct it is because of IP restriction, we've been getting some reports about this issue and when we checked they were all from the same region/country.
i'm from the philippines, is my IP restricted? I'm getting the same error. Its either my password is incorrect or my account is not registered at all when trying to log in to the game.

There is a PH-exclusive client available. Areas of the world which have clients for that specific country or area are blocked from the international version so that people play in their respected zone.
Um, this is just a random guess but try running "Hotspot sheild" before rohan, To me a lot of sites are restricted in my country, and says "Could not be viewed in your country" Or similar to that, So we just use "Hotspot sheild" To access those sites. So i guess it should work for you too. Just a guess.

You need to activate the account by going to the link they sent you to the email address in order to log ingame...
