How many days will this survive?

I've played this game since day 1, lived through merges, scams, upgrades, epics, crafts, origins, and closure.
I gotta admit that i had a little hope in GMs when they announced that they will be opening a "new" rohan. However how wrong was it of me to think like that (guess im just a naive fool). Did people get their multi-thousand $ worth of stuff deleted, just to open the same game again, and make them to spend again as much as before on the same stuff they already had in RBF?

Like hell I'm gonna spend even a single dollar in this 'geezer-who-cant-even-go-to-toilet-no-more-so-he-pisses-in-his-own-pants' game.

This is the biggest scam of them all.
On a side note i want to report a scam, everyone has proof lel. (GM's should make a new entry on that floating text message in the game - "Don't trust PWI they will steal you money, please do report them if they did.")

This is so ridiculous, that i don't even see the point of using rps that I have left on my accounts.

No wonder they didn't hype the game up, and gave no info on what is to come. Cause there is literally nothing new in this game. the only thing being you start your journey from 0 again, endgame being the same as it was a few months ago.

Alt+f4-ed out of this shtshow, GL people, and i hope you won't let them rob you again. And for those that decide to stick around, pray that every time you don't spend few thousands of $, gm decide to wipe again, cause the endgame has been reached, and they need to generate again money from selling them ars and resst of the sht, with even trashier rates :)
P.S. Syrephis BadCompany was the best time of this game ever ... period

Edit: oh and that box with 1 acc, for all the old rohanians, who spend a lot of money and time in this before, is absolutely trash, even if you get on 4 acc bezes, the lvl of them is 75, so you reach 70 then shoot thru 90 and then there are already pendants, which are way better than boss drops, good compensation LOL

After so many mistakes, so much feedback over the years and even observing some of what the better pservers brought to the table... THIS is the end result. It's far worse than I could have possibly imagined.

i think if they delete all and bring him back like was in 2008(thats the time i start to play) but change some grafics and dont repeat the shets they add on the last years!!! Probably got more chance to succes

Like demonic I was sort of optimistic in a way but that didn't last long, seeing the announcement with the "free" starting items. The fact that they just wiped everything, did barely anything to justify that wipe(according to what you're saying, I'll take your word for it), and then have the audacity to expect from their customer base to spend the same amount or even more to reach what was already rightfully theirs in terms of gears, characters and so on is beyond sickening. I'm not going to say that these people are "the worst", but in terms of what you're legally allowed to do, they are dwelling quite confidently in the bottom quarter of the vermin that's plaguing this planet.

I'd be interested to know how many of the big spenders are still throwing their hard-earned cash at this after they got kicked in the virtual balls like that? I'm just glad I never gave this company a single dime.

Was playing on the God Classic server with a GM who was at least half-listening to "customer feedback" earlier this year and it was good fun - not just because we were raping the opposition as per usual - and it showed what this game could've been like if the balance of this game was more evenly divided among the different classes.


That said, I'm hoping you all enjoy your time for what it's worth. For me, it hasn't been worth anything for almost a decade so yeah.

this ain't even a "new adventure". this is by far the worst server they created, got hacked on the first day. bugs everywhere. and a lowkey pay2win server, coz they don't want you to grind, they keep feeding you exp pouch till you reached max level and guess what?? you'll be under-geared, so you don't have a choice but to buy ****ty overpriced items in the item mall.
history repeats itself I see more players quitting each day. this server ain't gonna last long. maybe after 3 months, it'll be a dead server again.

lol i rather go play league and have this open on the side to see how far it went downhill XD

I doubt they will J. I've spoke directly with high level GMs too in the past and directed them straight to some of the problems that need fixing. Nothing ever got done. You probably got even higher up the chain then me.

I just don't think they're willing to accept any help. I don't understand what made them think that the players would accept this.

pretty much the same than previous versuions, with even more overpowered and broken gears + overpay2win IM / items. Pulled out from the trash with little to no hopes, sent it back in the trash after 2 days of playing.

It will last just 1 month for sure.
After all IM gift expires and most ppl realize they have to spend more than 50 dollars per month to be at least a decent player.

Spending money in any game is a Donation for the game. And not your investment. you can play free with out of spending and have fun, or you spend for you get advantages, you need be came the best and kill hall?' you need have the best guear in the server? i dont need that. i like game and like hall in game, and yes i Donate, im not a rich but Donate alot of money but not for kill hall. spending is your choice no une comples you.

And yes the game is pay to win, any game free to play mmorpg you play today is pay to win. Dont have a perfect game where the staff lives on the street with no money. and sustain your perfect game.

People dont like Donate, people like kill hall and always be on top.

Ther is a Donation not investment. If you have 18 year hold You can go play in casino if you like invest and win money wen spending or somting.

A business indeed. However there are ways to run as a successful game publisher and ways that make your players angry enough to leave and cause that business to fail. Look around you at some of the more successful games out there. Which ones are thriving and which ones are flopping. The successful ones have a lot in common. They don't sell power-ups in their cash shops. They sell cosmetics, mounts, inventory expanders and things like non-combat pets that do not affect game play itself. They make good money with that and the game does not suffer from external influences like the game publisher themselves.

The most favorable model I have seen is the paid client and free play. Also the free client and paid subscription works well to. In both cases the publisher is under less pressure to provide power ups or game-affecting virtual goods. Players end up better off because the lower monthly cost (if there is one) is often (for most players) less than the monthly cost of a F2P game which depends on the sale of virtual currency alone to survive.

At launch this Rohan seems to have gone the F2P model while omitting the Exchange Market as a means for players to generate virtual currency. While it ensures those players it retains end up being paying players, it destroys half of the desirability to play the game (player commerce). Personally I see this as a thing that will quickly cause this game to fail - I never really liked playing at private servers that did not have an exchange market and never stayed with them longer than a week or two. I am looking at this 'E.V.' version as being no better than those failed pservers.

And eating is a physiological need, so do not compare two things. People pay here for Digital property kinda, a lot of people here had sets, accs, Upgrade weapons that easily surpassed 5000$ (do not tell me that helping me doesn't help the company, even if everything I do is for my selfish reasons, it helps the company, cause I keep on spending money). Which other game took you so much money to invest into, and yet they still decide to wipe all the data?
I never did RMT and denied all the offers I got. It is good to be a selfish person in this game, if you are not you will end up spending less.
And btw how much did you help out the PWI over these years? If everyone paid as much money like me or other even crazier people, game would be alive and kicking? What did i get for spending so much money? Kick in the balls under false pretense that i'll have some sort of compensation in REV, that is so bad, that it is not even worth wearing on a char.
You can love Rohan all you like, but if you had spent a lot of money over the years like few people here, you'd understand where this feeling of disgust is coming from. I hope all the people who had fun on the account of few big spenders will enjoy game more. Cause i guess game and company will only prosper if all the people that actually charged rps just quit.

Just because you're doing it to maximize (short-term!) profit doesn't necessarily mean you should:
The day YNK sold the epic weapons it was probably their most successful business day ever. Then they should have released even epicerer weapons the next day to surpass the day before. And then even epicererer weapons the day after that. Because business.

Yes i've also been scammed, and it was pure deal with screens via game client and EM, gms still failed to recover stuff for me (saying they cant help if its outside the game, even if they were shown screens of in-game deal, and EM deal, i guess they were just money hungry, because why help smb who will need to charge again to get to a point where he once already was; and scammer could just sell stuff on EM or buy things and they still got their 10%). You think I would say something if I Didn't have my reasons? I lost gears in this game worth way more, because of PWI decisions than from being scammed (for what exactly have I paid all this time?). In your case you know you shouldn't have shared the acc, and probably people who shared that acc with you also put in some $ into it so in the end it wasn't just you who were charging, otherwise you were just dumb and naive, and you are still not learning from the mistakes you've made. As I said before you can keep on spending money on something that will eventually just be gone with few clicks from PWI under a statement "we are opening brand new game 'Rohan: ...' ".

If you fail to recognize when you've been had, then be my guest and continue playing this game, however don't call people spoiled. This game was good, but 1 bad decision after another killed this game for me. The reason wasn't players who do RMT, it was PWI. 2 closures , few merges, all the game currency (gears) that was accumulated was either all gone or devalued to 10% of its worth.

As my first post stated I had some hopes for this REV, but it is the same old rohan (this version could've been achieved with a regular patch), but they chose to wipe all data and open "new" version, why do you think that is? From my experience here, PWI has pepehands, don't listen to community, don't test things out, they just make doodle servers and fk people over. Maybe if they played their own game they'd know what needs to change in order to make the game great again, but sadly time shows that they don't care.

So i ask you again, why did they wipe all the data, if the game still remained the same with some minor changes in skills? And why should I still play this game after having thousands of dollars invested were just wiped? Should I be happy that they've done this? Are you happy? I was pretty happy with the game when i had my multiple uprades, trans abyss, accs, paid for titles, treasury expansions, mounts, all the costumes. Now i am not happy, because its still same old rohan, nothing new, just a wipe.

I'm sorry but I spent more than 5K dollas in this game back to Divinity/Jin server. And I know ballers like krogger or Leo (or even Dolce) who spent way way way more than 5k dollas. It only got worse than ever. Don't even think that by giving money to PWI/YNK it'll help the server.They'll keep feeding with new items that brings more power, and they'll take money and some years later they will do a complete wipe "sorry we gonna make a new game that everyone loves sorry for your items and thanks for the free dollars for our worthless pixels"

Even maha spent more than 50k in this game...


Meanwhile after the server wipe, they're putting back the magical talismans (i was like "ew not that broken **** again") and keeping the overpoweredly retarded rings in this game. Yeah, a new game.

They only wiped the epic/upgrades cuz it prevented ynk to get a regular income from the 7D stones. We're basically back to what was Jin/Divinity, yet shall I remind everyone that once players on Jin started to hit 1 million dmg to players, everyone left and it went dead in 2 weeks.

Damn 50k? They should make a statue of that player at the Rohan Headquarters.

When I saw Blood Feud was shutting down it piqued my curiosity but then I learned what EV actually was... and it's far worse than I thought possible. Keep an eye out over at epvp though and tell any friends interested in Rohan the same. I know of a few people working hard to put something professional together as a last attempt at a stable, long-term server although it might take them a while to get it out. Watch that space ;)
