the character npc and monster is black

all character npc monter is black.. can you help how i fix this?... i use play another similar game online and never found this happen..

I've had the same problem since launch and no one can answer how to fix it!

same problem bro , they say We are sorry for the problem you are having. We will first recommend you to uninstall your whole Rohan. Secondly, disable your Windows Defender, FireWall, Antivirus (if any) and reinstall the game.
If the problem continues please let us know. but didn't answer the problem T_T

I did it all and it didn't work out! what saddens me is the lack of support from the game's adms!

I have the same issue. I have a Intel i5 9600k with a Radeon 5500 xt all drivers of windows and video card are up to date.

I thinks it has to do with the video driver they are using. If they say if it is direct x or open gl maybe we can tweak and see what the problem might be. Maybe it is because of all the video card software we have install... If I get to do a fix I'll let u know.

it's a problem with AMD video cards, I have a 5700xt with 3600x and I have a problem with the game since it was reopened, if the support doesn't solve this we can search on topics until we crack, on the computer with Intel and NVIDIA it works perfectly

after 11 years I post something too haha, I hope everyone I played with Rohan in these 11 years is healthy and lives his life the way he wanted.
