Some new stuff from Korea
Ill be short in the descriptions cause some things are meh others are of great impact to the general game balance. Colors will show what are the great changes.

December 28, 2016
-Now a Transcendent character can also
exchange [Trail of Transcendence] x10, [Celestial (Teardrop?) Box] x1 from the NPC Lobius? in the production workshop(Crafting Studio)

-Rahkon Dungeon level5 Monster respawn changes
General monsters = From 25 seconds to 12 seconds
Silva Protectors = From 60 seconds to 300 seconds(5 minutes)

-Ahskeena scrolls and configuration items enabled
Items gained from completing the AshKeena dungeon have been enabled.(Does not drop upon character death)
Ashkeena Dynasty items have been upgraded to Sprint Scroll Effect.

Scroll of AshKeena - Random chance to gain 1 scroll item of Ahskeena
AshKeena's Medium Pressure - for 1 hr user gains 10% boost in melee attack
AshKeena's Magic - for 1hr user gains 10% boost in magic attack
Ashkeena's Gaze - for 1 hr user gains 10% boost in ranged attack
AshKeena's Swiftness - for 1 hr user gains 10% boost in attack speed
AshKeena's Priesthood - for 1 hr user gains 60% boost in mobility
Breath of AhsKeena - for 10 hrs user resurrects from death(Single use)

-Items in the +18 enhancement to +30 enhancement of the equipment item.
(I suspect it has to be about the numbers being rolled to be like +30 is the same as +18 so you have to +30 to have the same +18 stats, at least for the sane.
Now then for the insane all +18 enhancements went to +30 O.o)

-Combination Weapon/Armor item upgrade
Weapons have been improved to have 22 options instead of the limit they had(12)
Armors have additional options

-Improved Eternal Skill Enhancement Stone
Once the 30 days expires it will gain additional 30 days.

-Hunter Helper(Kit) buff scroll upgrade
Added new types of Scrolls to be available
Improved from 5 scroll slots to 9

Maximum experience is 50 Trillion
Over said experience is not accumulated

-Experiences lost when NPC dies and crone needed for recovery
The amount of damage that was depleted when recovering the experience value of the character that has been dropped in the death of the clan has been adjusted.
Experience recovery management is available from level 21 to the transcendent character, the recovery cost is as follows.
General & See Characters, killers & assassins Depending on the character, or the person killed, the cost of recovery varies.(Exp lost at each level and amount recovered with amount of crones recovered on the link)

As warned before Korea is still "fixing" the game to make everything balanced some how.

thats nice , but we didnt get alot patch/updates from there , they got new server ( Silva) , 4.0 , all that patches, noir crafted armor set , that new farming rooms from Mont aria.......we can only hope

The new Dungeon located north of Montt at Temple of Flox is called the Hall of the Fallen Hero and its exclusive level 115+50 dungeon(Transcendentals) which for us is a good thing it hasn't been added yet cause very few players can actually enter and supposedly is super hard. For us maybe 1 more year for everything to be added at the pase its going.
Better concentrate on getting to +50 or don't even dream on entering said dungeon.

Well since the adjusted balance patch isnt here and it seems like it take ages i doubt we will see this update b4 next xmas :D
Anyway, some of these mastery skill updates seems weird in the first overview (few % seems very high o.o)
Scrolls from Ash and new tsb costume is pretty cool tho.

Mastery % are high because of weapons base damage doesn't make fking sense and end game some weapons deal very high damage compared to their atk spd IMO. Thats the only way they got into that conclusion. Templars and Dragon Sages main attack % booster will now be completely oriented into melee because party buffs improved their Magic to Melee convetion greatly(No Sh!t) you know that thing we have been saying for ages and they just found out about it =_=
Ash scrolls are kind of useless IMO cause elemental dung give more and better rewards for higher levels but for lower levels is an improvement.
TSB costume will make those big guilds even more greedy about it and OP. But a reason to fight for TSB even more.
The Eternal AES is an Ancient Enhancement Stone that well doesn't expire and it resets every 30 days gaining another 30 days indefinitely as of what i read.

Time for playwith to have some transcendence lvling events to get people closer to transcendence. The way I see it if we dont have at least 20% of both servers transcended by the time these exclusive updates come out then the game is over.

As far as those skill changes go...... templar is back? defender blunt mastery is epic and heavy armor is a mistranslation for shield burden?

...I only posted what was changed in the skills so thats what i am posting cause posting all the skills stat modifiers would have taken me half a day for all the changes.
Powered Heavy Armor was nerfed from 300% boost in normal attack damage to 200% that is at level 7 so you can see the rest of the levels how they dropped the damage.
IDK if Templars would be back but if you know how the Magic to Melee conversion works they have never been out at all they just require way more inflation compared how they easy to make them broken back then it was. With this changes Temp and DS damage convertion will be completely based on Int rather than Magic, Guard and Giants mastery where changed to be based on Str(I checked the translation comparing it with the Noirs Mastery) rather than on weapon base damage only. Only exception is Defender cause the translation says something about Armor Defense Boost in one translation and in another it says HP as Additional damage(Tho compared to DK Zhen Mastery the characters and translation arent the same) so i left it as that cause a lil mistake doesn't kill anyone. Sorry about that ><

GM explanation on how the new Mastery's will work is as follows:
(Weapon Attack + options increase damage) * (Skill Factor 1) + (Additional Damage by Main Stat ) * (Skill Factor 2)
Where "Options Increase Damage" = all attack gained from all accs, talismans, Medals, Armors, etc

As a small review on the matter damage will be boosted by 3 times what it is unless they make damage being a flat number vs defense as another flat number.
You know the Pure and Inflated Damage vs Pure and Inflated defense issue.

dont forget weapon modifier which comes in at the end.

Yeah the % increase in Attack from the weapon as inflated to but that probably doesn't even tickle anyone this days with how much Pure attack we have running around =_=

And imo its a double nerf for fooking isen if they dont give additional dmg thru % of strenght. But this is for isen only (guess 4.5k strenght > 70k hp there)

Also Avengers katar mastery should give boost based on strength, Preds Mastery on agi.

Im with strellan aswell, guess thats a huge plus for templars again and yea for sure we need some leveling event, why should they add trans update if there arent any players for that. Isen got 1 so far GG(even if we just had 400%exp thru new years blessing/ offtopic, i hope they keep atleast these massiv sales up, thats what really help to keep people playing, nobody likes p2p unless its cheap enough....so a small thumbs up ynk/pwi)

Told you if ~20% of ppl on both servers are not transcended by the time this crap comes out ppl will quit. They shoulda had events for transcendence lvl boosting on the reg since the system came out. Whatever it is a login event or a gathering event doesnt matter there shoulda been some 2 week long event where if u do it you get +5 transcendence lvls over 1 year you have it 5 times bam free 25 trans lvls/50.

You can currently lvl up fairly fast compared to how slow it was. Inter dungeon runs give good xp. say you are lvl 115 and you do about 200-250 inter runs you can be around 115+35-40. You get one free inter entrance every day so 250 runs seem quite possible in + - a year of playing. which will gain you at least 35 conq lvls. Beside that you can also buy inter reset tickets and spam more dungeons a day, making you able to hit +40 in like 2-3 months if you want.

I Agree with both sniper's and sunny's point of view in the matter but if any GM is actually reading this look at how interested the community is on this thread that very few actually answered. Boosting existing characters to +50 at least 1 per account to make players then spend on the real things they should be worrying that is Scrolls, Accs, Gear, Talismans etc etc etc. When this content comes if it ever comes that is the peasants(including myself here) will quit pretty fast and the heavy spenders wont have anything else to bash their hammers and swords at.
Pretty sad how the community is going on a new low yet again :(
Lets not forget Upgrades are something pretty rare this days maybe asking the community for the stats for the upgrades they would like to have would be a nice idea to. With the addition to more stats in the weapons now upgrades would have more options that for some reason where never added. I still believe upgrades should be left in the Glacial Tier part of the game.

Told you if ~20% of ppl on both servers are not transcended by the time this crap comes out ppl will quit. They shoulda had events for transcendence lvl boosting on the reg since the system came out. Whatever it is a login event or a gathering event doesnt matter there shoulda been some 2 week long event where if u do it you get +5 transcendence lvls over 1 year you have it 5 times bam free 25 trans lvls/50.

exactly as of this moment, Korea already announced the skill changes for Sage Dekans and Templars and will be applied on March 8 next month and a possible a comeback to battle and I guess there will be more updates to come like ANOTHER OP accessories they released again, while RBF update patch here is still "FLOATING" LOL

I'm upset about the murder remission cost

If playwith is smaht they will adjust it much less. Good way to get rid of crones and put the crones rate at a decent place if anyone is willing to spend rps on those at any point in this games lifespan.

Make MR cost 100m and up the crone rate to 100m. All of a sudden ppl start buying crones and the rate normalizes somewhere that isnt 100 rps/10m.

Looks like VIP stystem from origin might be applied to Jainus after all.

Mostly news mentioned are exaggerated and some even unfavorable and I don't understand why they will disclose these updates as long as they are no longer interested in this game, why keep Isen server if it doesn't take action? we no longer have population 'open your eyes' and think constructively at least once make a server but one that gives you the certainty of playing it for years (I'm not referring to a new one). So far I have played Isen since the beginning but I can't play anymore because this server is no longer safe to invest there, I can't continue to waste time and money on this server as long as I see with my eyes how the population is getting less and less. Most of my veteran friends we played before have left because of insecurity in what they have gathered over time..., you have made enough mistakes so far, but at least open your mind now, but they don't have time to read this post.

It is you who did not open his eyes from the beginning, ISEN was maybe populated for 3-6 months, everyone who stayed after that walked into it with their eyes open. Noone to blame but yourself and your ignorance lmao. Also the source for this is KR rohan, which doesn't necessarily mean the patches will be applied to the USA server as well (KR server =/= USA server), so get your facts straight and stop whining like a little b1tch.

Everyone who stayed behind in ISEN after 90% of the population quit after a few months, to play in a server with 2 pages of EM, forcing you to make every piece of gear yourself and farm everything yourself while unable to sustain an Ecash or crone economy. All those who PURPOSELY stayed and kept throwing money at the game have literally no right to complain. They knowingly kept playing under these circumstances for years and kept charging as well as telling on these forums how great and cheap ISEN is compared to JAINUS.

I've said from the start ISEN has been a money grab server that's unable to sustain itself, and I wasn't the only one to say this. For those few players who were too stubborn or stupid to listen to carefully given advice, which was well explained by multiple people I glady say: ''I told you so''.

You always play video-games for ''nothing'' (doesn't mean you can't learn anything from it), everything in rohan is just pixels and if the server goes down or your items become useless because of power-creep patches you've lost your stuff. You shouldn't play this game as an investment, nor a life achievement. There is no purpose other than what you choose to give to it yourself. For me, it's relaxing from studying, having a laugh with some people I've been playing with for years and the sathisfaction of getting better gear/equipment with hard work put in.

I've suggested a merge between Jainus and Isen years ago, at the moment I really don't care if they merge or they don't. The only advantage of a merge would be a little more densely populated Jainus server.

The developers are getting monthly payment for this? All we see is some minor QoL updates and boring balance tweaks for years. These are like few days of work lmao.

If i would have the opportunity to work on this game i would remaster the whole thing in 3 months alone. Graphics, balance, world design, game content. There is a hunger for classic MMO games at the moment, but they will miss this chance too ofc. No one is working on this game, publisher, developer... just phantom companies, sitting on the money all day.
