ye they dont tell us enough info about how we get them lol
From what I understand you must get the 5 Elemental Ruler's heart thru the Bosses of the Elemental Dungeon.
Correct me if I'm wrong....Quote:

1. Slay Bosses of 5 Elements and get the Elemental Ruler's Heart
2. Carry the Elemental Ruler's Heart in your inventory.
3. Your Elemental Ruler's Heart will be exchanged to the Elemental Ruler's Weapon and Transcended Spirit Stone Package.
*Due to the time limit of Elemental Ruler's Weapon, it will vanish on coming Maintenance regardless of use.

yeh but i dont see quest for that item and maintance is nex week... normal when you get item for exchange you must send ticket to gm can exchange it.. this needs few days... so if i`m right where is love? :DQuote:

You can get Elemental Ruler's Heart from bosses' drops in all levels of elemental dungeon: Minor, Intermediate and Superior. Haven't you noticed that the level requirement for those weapons is level 1? Seeing that no one has it yet, it only means that it's a very rare drop.
is thta hard .. from when event start any boss didnt 1 heart....no worth the effort ......batter they sell it on IM
