Based on your experience, if we were to pit all the races in a death match, assuming that each of them have already reached their absolute maximum level, all buffs activated, having no defensive items equipped, only the weapons with highest possible damage unique to each race, which race do you think has the greatest amount of gross, direct, single-hit damage?

Agi Predator will destroy everything in his path or a Noir with Dimensional Coat on and Phantom Spirit. Its between a Noir and an Agi Predator. A Guard Might be able but he can be destroyed easy by the Noirs Distortion Claw skills. Its a little bit hard if you compare it by gear only there has to be skill and timing when and how skills are used.

To answer your question, if you only look for 1 v 1 damage, executed the way you proposed it there's two options 1. Agi avenger or 2. Agi predator Vs. multiple opponents an agi predator will do, by far, the most damage, an agi avenger however will deal way more damage in a 1 vs. 1 situation.
Main reason why warlocks are OP in pvp, they can always deal the first hit, which is at max lvl, max gear pretty much your death sentence.

Since the Balance Update is still on-going I would like to agree that Agi Dhan and Noirs are OP.. for now.. well that depends what will happen next..
scout will be op also as mass killer if you have the right gear on it.
