Guardian Build (Rebalance Patch)

Currently several people to be building their character to rebalance patch , I also think do the same, I decided to try human because according to what I read they will be very good . the problem is I have no idea as a Guardian ( Sword / Dagger ) is built , so I go to the forum to see if some veteran playing this class can give me advice. leave a SS of my build so far, it is pretty basic just acquired the skills that I believed necessary .:o

Get a pve dagger for lvling the sword should be max melee dd or weap attack or crit. An upgrade sword can do all of that if you want.

if you will do defender i suggest get a one handed mace...

Agreed since fixation won't work with any other weapon and that is a defender's strongest attack.

But since this thread is about the guardian's skills I guess anything having to do with defenders is totally off topic ;)

Guardian : Darkness Imbue all the way, it stack with Heavy Weapon 6 and 7 reducing attack speed to 0% (so target get root)
Defender : Frozen Imbue, in this matters, it make mobility to 0% with Shield Burden

You meant Rooted on Defender and Vacuumed on Guard >.>

no both root, when you have 0% attack speed and you are attacking (attack order given) you cannot move until the attack is done, as the imbue duration effect is 7 seconds, + the fact you can continuously reset the timer back to 7 seconds while attacking... it can be very long

Being unable to move has nothing to do with attack speed. With guard's crazy standing, they have a very high attack speed, yet 0 mobility.
0 attack speed is more like a vacuum. You can still move if you have 0 attack speed.

You do not actually get rooted but the animation of an auto attack get streched so long that you basically bug out and can't move properly. This happens when your attackspeed is reduced dramatically (not 0, lower attackspeed(the number) = higher attack speed).
