I have terrible internet!!

this is the 3rd time! i read so many threads about the error 5101 which i get at disconnect. they all say it's "connection problem", so i followed all stupid steps to get rid of it and nothing work. but i have experience with many games: conquer online, wizardry online, rappelz, anarchy online, tera, rift, etc. i know for certain that gay masters can disconnect players when they want. in conquer online GMs can even influence your "luck" at poker so a noob who doesn't even know the hands can win more than a professional who knows the math probabilities. in every game i come the GMs are corrupted to the bone - like in conquer you need to get caught botting 3 times in a row to finally be in botjail forever. and even then there were videos on youtube with GMs coming to botjail in order to salvage the equipment from a botter and transfer it to a new account outside botjail. and now when i come to a dead game like rohan i still can't play in peace... 50 cent made it clear - you don't have to respect a n!gger but respect his cash.. cuz when it's for the money? n!ggers will MURDER dat a$$! so even if you don't respect me you have to respect the fact that i wasted some money on this game! so don't disconnect me!

It's not the game masters doing this, it's illuminatie man, they are after you. If I were you I'd quit rohan, cut your internet cable and hide......forever.

you do realize that i'd have to take your mother with me right? we're inseparable! you'd become an orphan :(

i sent ticket to GMs and nobody replied! wtf i'm getting older how long must i wait! when i wrote ticket there was a combobox or whatever that's called. and the priority was set to medium i couldn't change it.. why can't i change it? if it wrote medium it was probably a hint to let me know they never gonna answer!

In hindsight I'd advice you to not just cut your internet cable but your own wrists as well. Thank you velly muchos :)

Wait for the GM reply, can't do anything more atm.

You are so sure that the GMs are disconnecting you? Do you know EXACTLY what a 5101 connection error means?

Here is a hint from the SUPPORT knowledge base:

Where in that do you see "Game Master disconnected you"?

I am familiar with the Rohan GM command set. I also know for a fact that when you get "kick"ed from the server you do NOT SEE A 5101 ERROR at the client.

So fool, before you spout off blaming GMs for your problems, how about you do some research and prove to everyone your connection between YOU and the ROHAN servers is fast and latency free.

shut up bich i'm tryina talk! :( i've seen that text before it's taken from the support site. and when i played air rivals there were the same issues - game master disconnecting me not only from the game (as with rohan), but from the whole internet - i mean DDoS / DoS attacks which were seen on my firewall. i don't have to prove you anything ok? if i believe or i don't that god exists, that's my freedom to choose what i think

It's about some technical issue / period time or so i don't know
For example, Last 2-3 days Power Arena 7AM (Server Time) many ppls getting DC 5101 inside arena and many get lag and delays like 5-10sec

man let me break it down for you real fast so you can understand - if a man dies of old age he rots. if he gets shot, he rots again. so error 5101 can appear for more reasons - either you get disconnected because of errors in the game like the arena in air rivals which had problems with the RAM memory on your computer, or the GMs disconnect you. i bet that if i remove the internet cable from my computer while i'm playing rohan i'd get the same 5101 error

And let me break this down for you real fast so YOU can understand.

Get yourself a Rohan local server and have a friend connect to it remotely.
Make a GM account (grade 128), fire up a local client and log it that accout.
Create a lvl 1 character.
Highlight your pal ingame and type the "/kick" GM command.
See what happens wackadoodle.

If you are incapable of any of that, don't pretend to know what happens at the client side when a GM Kicks you.
I KNOW what happens when the SERVER processes a GM kick command. You Don't.

ok so you know more about the insides of this game than i do. i don't know the kick command but first time when i played this game in 2009 i had a 1 megabit / second connection and it was enough. now i use 200 megabits / second and i got problems. whatever the problem is, it's not my fault - yesterday game was running fine

tbh Neither the Rohan or server cares what your bandwidth speed is to your ISP as long as you are running at least then 1mbit up/down. What it does care about is latency and lost TCP packets. While you do have a session you don't connect directly to the Rohan servers. In between you and those servers you will have one or more - in a lot of cases there can be more than 20 'hops' between you and the game server. Anything that causes a delay in that chain between you and the PlayWithI servers can cause 5101 errors if it accumulates too long. If you get kicked by a gm, your client is sent a 'good bye' packet that kills it.

In summary, there are a bazillion reasons you can get a 5101 error. 99% of those are not your fault or PlayWithI's fault, but simply the nature of the internet in general. Blaming dropped connections by pointing fingers at the GMs is stupid unless you can prove for sure they are the reason you are getting DCed. The only thing harassing you is the internet gremlins and they harass everyone at one point or another.

One last thing. The GMs don't care if someone cusses you out or you cuss someone else. That is just another day in this game. Get used to it. This ain't Hello Kitty!

Yeah the 5101 feature is buggy as hell, it keeps giving errors and kicks out of the game. I also suspect indos or someone is using some hack on the 5101 to disconnect others. Really GMs should consider removing the "5101" feature.
