i'm still searching but still failed.. already try things related to cat or fire and things round.. wanna try something different though.. it's quite difficult 0_0

I didn't see them include fishes when the Gms made the broadcast. I think Winter said items that are spirit or soul-related, magic powders and 4 leaf clover. They also said that the evo items might be wrong so they sent a report about it and they will probably get a reply next week. I personally think that using spirit/soul items to evolve from the initial stage makes sense, but I doubt using fish will help.

True, Winter replied my ticket that there is an issue with pet evo and they have notified developers about this, so probably just wait for next maintenance don't waste your items.
And yes in the e-mail Winter did mention about soul/spirits related item.

GM should release evo's ingredients completely till 5th evolution.
there's an update today (maintenance) and the chance of evo has been increased (dramatically I believe)

Edit 2: for the 3rd stage evo, replace the magic powder and one of the soul/spirit with color related item, I use dyes and 5-color string. It's a bit tricky because I failed a several time but good luck! (sorry I forgot to screenshot)
