Get Psy and Vit twins and go full Psy for glorious damage and shield.
Get Dark message and everything that uses your Psy as base damage. Crit Chance and Crit damage boost are great for your PvE damage

And what is better for pve now a days Int Warlock or PSy Wiz?
Count blow at 1 is all you need, Psy wizz(Fast casting, less tanking more leeching) does better than Lock(longer coolingdown of skills still higher damage over all,more tanking less leeching). Sorry for not being able to post a PvE wiz build cause I only have PvP ones :l

Count Blow 1-5 (Optional you'll kill too fast to actually see this working)

Weakness 1 (Optional PvP skill)
Multi Magic Arrow 1 (Single target multi hit not AoE)
Group Mortal Immune 5
Area Spell 1 (Optional PvP skill)
Ring Burst 5
Mirror Strike 1
Strike Bash 5
Kill Time 1
Eternal Darkness 1-5 (Optional to lvl5)
Reraise 1-5 (Optional to lvl5 still is nice)

I'd just like to chime in that if you get ring burst lvl 6, it gives you a 3-4sec AOE.
Count blow is like adding an accuracy skill to a guardian's skilltree. Oh, and just get magic reflect 5.

Pure psy build means you put your stat points only into psy. The rings etc. don't count into that.
You DO need a little vit (unless you are pro geared) to survive mobs. That's why you should get vit twins for the start ;)

Can anyone confirm if the FREE stat-reset at level 50(-ish) is still a given?
If yes, I suggest you to go (full) int or 3int-1vit until level 53-54 (whatever level ring burst is at). This will allow you to level/grind faster and easier. Faster kill = less damage taken.
Once you are said level of ring burst, use that stat reset to go (full) psy.
If not, go full psy or 3psy-1vit (I'm not fond of the latter).
Vit / psy twins are obtained by doing the (daily) Minor / intermediate or Supperior dungeon. This can be entered (only in a party) on a daily basis via the NPC placed between Crafting Area and Fishing Hole (see npc in every town). This dungeon has got some npc's inside that will give you quests to do these twins. It will take some time, however.

You can also buy these twins on the exchange market from players, if you have got the RPs.
For anything that is concerned farming at cheap/easy level - go for armour defense option on weapons, instead of the damage drop you usually see.

Twins can be expensive if you are unlucky at a minimum you'll need 2 tries.
