Half elves: Scout & Ranger is the next class to get a balance patch.

Basically nothing changes except that they get a good damage boost and some useless skills get fixed. Also lowbie scouts will be a lot stronger/easier to lvl solo. However on endgame gears and lvl they just don't have the defense to tank those new maps solo nor the CC, movement speed or bust to pvp.
After all, it's still a class that's alot of fun to play and which I love to watch grind lol.
If scouts would want to be viable to solo in any map, PWI should add basic 10/10 hp/mp abso on every upg bow + alot of AD % so you can focus on full DD options. Also the amount of PDF a scout can get should be more (give dex onyx more pdf) or make dex give 1 pdf (like str does and int for mdf). If not, they will get eaten by mobs. Since both of these options to increase pdf also have influence on rangers (which should have low pdf and use WF to position correctly to not get wacked down) they will probably not implement it. Another option would be to give the scout skilltree a buff to get min. dd (say 10-70% depending on buffs lvl) and some % PDF on scouts buffs.
scouts atm can solo warehouse / new maps, so if they're getting a boost they should be able to solo easier.
From what I've seen most people aren't well enough equipped to grind there with a scout and the damage is very low, specially if you use SD set to tank better lol...Only the richest can grind there. RBNXD isn't a crazy donator and so aren't many others, I know almost everyone has to charge alot to be competative PVP wise but it's rediculous you need to max everything and charge a fortune to be able to grind in the proper maps meant for your lvl lol.Quote:

Scouts aren't that hard to survive with if you know what you're doing. It requires timing though, so they can't really use hk's too often..
I did already 7k plus normal hit damage at level 80, without special accessories and IM.. Surely it can only get better?
All of the RA you get from Dex you can pretty much ignore in the WH and new dungeons; it seems only if you have tons of Attack from accessories etc, or high crit rate, a Scout can damage the mobs. Pretty much every class looks like a disabled person compared to Templar when farming there, Rumir is somewhere in between - her dmg from regular attacks easily goes through but still not nearly as efficient as Templar.
ATM scout is useless in WH or New mirror dungeon. We hope scout can farm there on next update. Just a hope.
Scouts/HalfElfs have no means to defend themselves other than dealing damage that is why they are the weakest class to play pve and pvp wise. Maybe ranger with Winged Foot, Magic Guard and Root/Stun release but he is mainly pvp oriented so he just need a damage boost in all the skills and done.

a scout like you just said can solo ronelia with the scout and 2-3 shot mobs, it's the fastest leveling in the game, and at +50 sell the char for 50k rps or more and buy op gears, so. average players can get good items too, i got 4x +18 boss drops and abs set+12 and i didn't spend 1$ getting them.Quote:
