Not safe at all. Some guys are lucky, most aren't. Try that at your own risk because there is no way at all to prevent breakage if refine fails when you are over -30.
There is no such thing as a refine preservation stone.

Before merging of Jin to Ran there was another blessing event where a lot of people got Upgds and Darkness armor set to lvl1 to so its not just now and yes its very lucky to get there.
Really? No matter what the events or whatsoever. No one can delevel an item to 1. Did he really attained that kind of delevel on a certain item? MAYBE HACKEEEEDD LOL.Quote:

This is true. don't depend on just blessing event or guild buff. You need both before even trying.
If I wanted an upgrade at level 1, I would try taking a non-upgrade glacial down that far too test your luck and the rates BEFORE attempting that on an upgrade (and even then I might try doing 2 or 3 items first).
i always do -2, cuz -3 rates r always lower.
Use -1 its safer, higher success chance and less expensive.

I there was no blessing event running either so only real benefit you were getting was your guild buff. Not enough to risk going more then -32
then when is the next blessing event ? :DDDDD
Safety is 30 lvls or 29+3 only ( - 32lvl)
I made alot 104 lvl weapons to lvl 10 and broked all glacials on lvl 62-63,ruined one super bedron set only 3 parts to lvl 10 another 2 not survived lol soo its a chance and big balls :D

it says up to so it could be somewhat lower and I didn't have a big sample set so the base percentage might be a bit lower too.
