could you please remove the pet from the random rewards, i opened the bag 70 times, and i got a pet 60 times ahahah.. please insert more RES than pets..

and also.. please award the rewards for those who already opened the bag 40/60/70 times... please

Is this kind of unfair for those who newly created their accounts before 02/21/15 (who will recieve a Newbie package bag? and the old ones who will be coming back to gaming or who have'nt opened their account since december will recieve a dormant package? and for those who created their accounts before 02/21/15?

You only receive the highest possible tier prize. If you opened the package 70 times, you receive the items listed under "Open this package 70 times and you will be getting the following item"

it does not say so in the event rules, you did not clarify and this is what you are doing? .. it only say if you open it 40/60/70 times you'll get the rewards.. and one more thing my first account that opened the bag for more than 70 times only got the reward for the 60s..

and then i checked my other accounts, did not receive any rewards.. i still have those harmo srcolls as a proof

Reward was giving to ppl made account and open box during 02/21/2015 - 03/03/2015 only

Actually this event was started at 01/21/2015 (Atzigan posted this event since 01/21/2015)
But because at korea is long holiday or so, made this event is extended

This event run for 7 weeks total (01/21/2015 - 03/10/2015)
ppl made account and open box during 01/21/2015 - 02/20/2015 <--- failed and wasted time because did not receive reward
ppl made account and open box during 02/21/2015 - 03/03/2015 <--- received reward

Maybe Atzigan will make emergency maintenance to give reward, because many ppl did not receive reward and feel wasted time keep oepn box every 4 hours

sorry buddy but i disagree.. i made my accounts 1/21- 2/20 some of them got the rewards and some did not.. so, its not about the dates when you created your account.. And there is also the problem of having opened the bag more than 70 times but received only the prize for the 60times..

Would be nice some advice about what can or what will be done to solve this issue.
Since it happened to a lot of people..
And it can also prevent a thousand of support tickets to be made and another thousand of threads at forums asking to Atzigan to check their tickets.

i dont think they would resolve this issue anymore.. so i'm resting my case...

why new account?? how about the returning players with old accounts??
