Atzigan. Help this player. XD. Nowadays, lots of players are having problems about JIn compensation event.
i think their hands are full right now due to so many updates. lets give them moretime. But please GMs make my ticket in your top list hahaha
Hey guys we're aware of the Jin compensation and how several players were unable to complete it, we will conduct a different Jin compensation event this coming Tuesday "Christmas update" that will gather way more players than previously.
fix too rohanopoly requeriment its unplayable if no ppl in game, keep it with login in game/web and limitated to lvl 50, no ash/dungeon requeriment
I follow the lists provided by the database team unfortunately when it comes to mass loading.
Several users were missing certain requirements. But I aim to address this with the upcoming Jin Compensation event which will soon be announced.
This event will be easier and will not require database team. This way I'll be able to monitor and manage who obtains items on my end and all players are rewarded accordingly. Apologies for the current frustration this previous event caused.
well all I am saying to this is thank you for giving all jin users another chance because of the holidays and people doing family stuff makes it hard to complete the requirements. however some of us that were able to complete the requirements are very pissed off that we wasted our time on the previous event and got nothing from it even though we did the requirements.. I don't know why only 11 people were able to be pulled and not the rest of us who did it.... maybe has to do with rohanopoly say if it does not work= no jin compensation?
I provided the screenshots you requested from me because you said you could not find my ashkeena runs and I have not heard anything. I don't understand how if its logged ingame instance zone statis that it cant be found.so I guess if we are not one of the 11 people we are wasting our time further with the ticket system. because this is what I received this morning:

so I guess no compensation for participating in event.....no rohanopoly coins...and still I have tickets not taken care of... upgrade parts on both servers so I cant make my 4 part. rps not refunded from when exchange market did rollback error.
Provide me with the ticket ID I'll see what the issue is and why it's not been yet resolved.
Compensation event = New event will gather the rightful players
Rohanopoly coins = These issues should be resolved quite quickly if not i'll make sure they are taken care of.
Upgrade parts = Top priority, if you haven't received your upgrade yet, ticket ID I'll make sure to see what happened.
Rollback error = I have been able to determine there was an issue with a certain transaction, the rps will be refunded if you are one of the affected.
thanks for your reply... I will provide the ticket numbers for you .I will post on forums because my tickets seem to be closed all the time and nothing done ....
this event was a total fail.. if you are going to do another event make sure it is one you get an item for in-game that is character or account bound.... this way you can't deny we were able to complete the requirements ... it is total horse stuffing to tell people who completed this that you could track 11 people but no one else ... if that is the case i hope those 11 don't get compensated along with the rest of the players that have to suffer for the inadequacies of staff

Thank you for the reply. I am not the most lucky person to win anything. I am greatful to be able to win opa club last time. And I am greatful that the new upgrades were cheap enough for most of us to buy. I am looking forward to an other Jin's Comp Event and upcoming merger. Thank you for ur hard work. Wish all ur hard work to be rewarded. And of course, all the loyol and hard working players should also be rewarded......^^

If possible to make Rohanopoly requirements being just the PvP Honor menu the Hunter Points and/or PvP points not everyone can pvp but with a Hunter Kit and grinding none stop you can get Hunter Points to Rank 2+ so make it like this because dummy accounts won't be able to get the points needed. Thx for the good work and replying the tickets, Rohanopoly is still not working.
Check #218262 ticket plx. It's like GMs on tickets don't read what's written in, requesting the same thing again and again when I've already dropped more than one ticket with the information based on the what you've requested. Then next off I was told it's resolved when it wasn't and asking where is it, got responded to that it's been resolved and was referred to the last ticket I sent in. But it isn't, I didn't get my schit back lol. Then they said it's being given up to the proper department again. 2 weeks from now, lol....needs resolving.

Atzigan u Tracked Wrong server for compensation event the 11 Winners are Jin players but they quit Jin when Isen server started they finished thr requerments but in Isen not in Jin and some of them had no idea about this event they was spaming ash and dung for exp and i'm sure some of them even know if they won , so u tracked wrong server logs and they prove is all Jin players getting Points in Isen Achivment system without playing there :D
I'm really glad that GM Atzigan responds to its players. Keep working hard. Hoping that you and your team can accomplish the promises you've made. I'm looking forward to it. :)
yeah I am glad too that Atzigan has been replying to us!!! I know he has to be very busy!!! I hope they can get our issues resolved and hope our new compensation event will be more fair.
