is there any way to change face/eyes:appearance...?

with styling ticket u can only change ur hair or add some style like mask or whatever...but u can't change ur eyes/face type..? why not ._.

any clue guys??? , thx . ;p

Nop you can't change any of those unless you make a new character and even then the options rohan has for character style are very limited.

Don't assume he has only one account or that he is a newbie here. Many of us have more than one account. Also staff will not answer you using a 'normal' account.

All he did was advise someone on using the support system that all MMORPG games have. You might find that sometimes other normal members will try and guide you if you ask.

That is the way of Rohan.

Downside: Game is really simplistic as far as character customizing goes. Except for hair style & color, all the characters of each race/sex look the same. No real variety. No fat/skinny guardians. No big/little boobs on elfie females. All evolved dekans with the same level evolve look the same regardless of sex. Boring.

Upside : Nobody really takes a close look at faces and eyes anyway. Change your hair, add scars/masks & be happy. At least you get to do that.

You can suggest. But I am afraid you are giving them too much credit for the level of control the staff here has to affect these things.

While they created the game almost 8 years ago, the programmers and designers in Korea required to change the parts of the game that control these things have been gone for almost 5 years.

Simple. The things they are updating are content additions not basic game engine changes. They are content and enabling things that have been in place since 2011. Most of the new race is already there for years - just never activated. I know because I have already seen inside the new town a year ago (Go to Rembeck and you can see the outside of that town).

I even have some screenies of it, but I won't post them because it would not be fair to PlayWith to post spoilers of their 'surprise'.
