Seriously, the reply that youre going to get for spamming will only be the same. HAHAHA. Because, youre talking about a different account to which you are never allowed to know anything about the account details or rather status. Changes will not also be applied. Why dont you tell your friend to file a ticket himself/herself? Let him/her know if the account can still be released. Of course, if you just keep on complaining about the decision given do not compare it to other accounts. Initially, you and the other accounts have other or rather different reasons why they were locked and released as well. It will only depend on how deep the reason was.
