Yes. Because templars broke as ****, and they merged the philipino version into Jin/Ran and now are merging Jin and Ran so all the Jin players are disgruntled.
I play on JIN i'm not disgruntled, but i dont know how templars are broken .... can you fill me in? is everyone moving to Isen?
When geared templars hitting like 30k on a regular attack...and other classes all do like 1-2k...that = broken. Especially since considering if your not full vit you probably got less than 100k hp, youll die in 1 shield strike or 1-2 hits lol.
If your not disgruntled on Jin yet, wait til after the merge. Ph players and Ran players got gear gm's made for events/IM with stats way better then anything you could acquire by normal means that is available on Jin, plus Ran has better reinforce rates so any rings you have on Jin could have been reinforced higher/more cheaply had you just done it with Ran rates to begin with. So basically soon as merge happens your gear = garbage unless they come up with some damn good way to make things right for Jin.

jin is the most lively server but its also the most disgusting server so just go to ran.

Oh wow 30k dmg thats way too much..... , ok so i gotta ask should i stay playing on JIN , or what server is everyone going to? I got like 8 lvl 30+ (one is lvl 53 and other is 80) characters with lvl 60-70 gears dlvld down to like 30 , so you can see why i'm committed on that server but i wouldn't mind starting on another server which is why i'm asking

I don't think there is a problem with you dying before that happens. PWI will shut this whole thing down long before they consider properly fixing temp's blunt mastery. But never fear. If PWI does shut Rohan down, there are others out there more than happy to take up the game and make it right.

Hopefully soon. It will be nice to finally just restart on a pserver and not have to worry about when it will be shut down. Amazing a handful of people running a pserver as a hobby can figure out how to fix blunt mastery but the official version can't manage to do it.
Once you see the equation its easy to figure out what is wrong with blunt mastery but tbh you dont really need to nerf blunt mastery if you are on a pserver if you just control the gear properly.
The bulk of blunt mastery's damage comes from this outdated multiplier. If the gear in a pserver stays within 500 int points (including alm and alm scroll) of the divisor blunt mastery will be balanced. I am a firm believer that pservers shouldnt encompass lvling (you start at max lvl with entry lvl gear and you do tasks/pay/farm to get better gear) so if they want to make stronger gear they can always double the divisor (meaning you need 2100 int to get a multiplier of 1.1 instead of 1100) and not have to worry about the consequences low lvl chars would face. Is that hard to understand? its the only reason int twins are decent since 900 inflated magic would actually turn into 225 magic if the multiplier didnt exist.

I mean...even if I agreed with you that this would be how to fix blunt mastery, which I don't its got more problems beyond what you mention, I still can't comprehend why you would want to base the int divisor off a value that would have to constantly be adjusted any time stat inflation was added to the game. You could just cap the multiplier.
Plus you simply can't balance around a specific value once the numbers get too big. You say you need to be within 500 int points of your divisor to keep it balanced. What happens your sitting on 2k int pre-buffs. Suddenly just a 30% alm scroll adds 600 int, plus non-class buffs like alm. What do you balance around...if you balance around self buff only, then full buffed temp is still OP, you'd be way over your 500 point range you mention, and if you balance around a full buffed temp some self buffed guy trying to level gets pooped on.

you either re create the buff (calling all hardcore pserver devs who dont copy pasta here) or you build the gear in your pserver with the int divisor in mind which shouldnt be hard if you want to boast about having 1/2 a brain more than playwith. This is for private servers not the official game anyways :|
1/2 a brain more then PW? Impossible. They are geniuses. They overcharge people to play a broke ass game and people still do it. The only guy I could think of off the top of my head who could top the nice folk at PW is the dude that came up with the idea to sell pet rocks. For all I know though...that guy could be working at PW...that could be the secret to their success.

Guys guys guys. Can't you see, devs and the so called higher department are still trying to compensate those players on the servers that kept on complaining about these transfers? As usual, Im still hoping and hoping that eventually positive changes will happen. It will never change anything if you keep on complaining. In the first place, you chose to play the game. But why cant you try to consider what the server offers you and be positive? Again, no offense but negativity will never help you out.
You see the compensation? 35% boost to glacial stats up to certain caps...
Look I got a club on Jin now...65% melee, 30%hp, 50%dd...35% boost of those stats...
65% melee, 41%hp, 65%dd because of caps...
Now what's a new upg club?
110%health, 12crit, 70melee, 50%attack speed, and around 70dd depending on your roll.
So how good was that compensation? My club went from being pretty damn awesome on Jin, to being absolutely garbage post merge/upgrades with or without the boost. Its so bad I'm not even bothering attempting to do the boost event lol.
