Scratch feud is a scam?

I hate beeing negative and stuff like this. I was stupid enough to think that you guys can provide any good service to make me pay you....I know nothing will change but.

I just played that shi* game Scratch feud at the last entry with 5 coins Blazing Temple...

I just spent 5 coins ( 500 rp ) FOR A BLUE FOUNTAIN SCROLL MINOR ! WHAT?????????? WHY IS THAT EVEN A REWARD????? that **** is useless as fu** Rohanopoly has better rewards AND IT IS FREE !!!! THIS IS CALLED A SCAM. DONE BY THE OWNERS OF THIS GAME . Why did I just pay you ? for what ? since I can get better rewards from a free game.

I just payd you to give me nothing ? Is that how this game works ?

Why would someone buy anything from you ? YOU HAVE CRAP SERVICES..
The only reason you guys are still alive it is probably because players like me that make the mistake to do 1 purchase and to see how much you suck..and then never pay again.

Ever play a scratch card before? you can win $4000 it says but you get a play again or you get $2 thats life.

You don't understand how online games work then ..

If I pay for something they need to provide me with the service I payd for. They don't have any info about the possible rewards. They don't explain exactly how the game works just to let new players " explore " and fail in process .
It is one thing to play a real life scratch card game...where it is real money in exchange for real items .
And it is a totally different thing to pay with real money for something that is virtual.
Long story short ....They should have better rewards for those games... I'm not asking for an epic armor or something...I'm just saying that a blue fountain mana is useless.

IT IS EVEN MINOR...THE LOWEST SCROLL OF THEM ALL... I mean...can a scroll be more useless than this ?

Game parlor games having nothing to do with real life gambling. Real life all that money goes into a pool, and the state(or whoever is running it) is going to take a % of the total, and the rest redistributed amongst winning tickets. If they made every ticket win at least purchase value back it simply couldn't exist without going bankrupt. What do people win on here? Pixels they can spawn for free. Even if I "win" I gave them cash...they gave me free pixels.

I'm not saying every ticket should win super jackpot 830495830 rps worth of stuff...but they literally lose nothing by giving people a few alm scrolls or something they'll at least use as a "losing" ticket so they walk away with at least a little satisfaction for the money they spent instead of rage quitting they got something useless and stupid for their money.

Its the same as the forge rates on Jin. People don't mind spending a little money when they're walking away with some new toys to play with...but you spend money and get nothing useful out of it...that just leads to people rage quitting and not spending anymore. Prime example...this thread. If OP got something useful he'd probably have spent more money down the road...instead he rage quit. Great way to run a business huh?

They lose nothing beeing a little more generous since they don't give money out of their wallets to give us items. Just write down a code and ta daa ! They lose nothing..they just win...well they would.. If they wouldn't be so bad at atracting new players or keeping old players around .

Wait a minute...you played Scratch Feud (5 Coins) Ran and Jin and obtained a Blue Fountain Scroll minor? That is an issue, as there are no minor scrolls in the Blazing Temple

well to be honest do it while you can without spending anymore, like you can see mistakes everywhere and the lesson has never been learned since so much time. The fact is that we still have the good old memmories of 3-4 years ago when you had to stay awake and fight and if someone was afk you would have to call him on skype to tell him that the spot has been taken, someone came over and killed us. But now the game is full of 2 types of player . People that afk ....with hk and people who rpk afk-ers. Before there were fights for spots to lvl. Akhma was full , Roha was full , Spire was full...Everything was full of players ...you had to wait for someone to d/c or go to sleep in order to get a pt. Now you need to make 5-6 accounts and have 2 pc's in order to play with yourself ( not in the dirty way ). Now everything changed. But we won't stay longer anyway -_-" probably just some days to see how admins react to this situation. I'm curious to see if they have a little bit of self esteem in order to solve this like they should. Or if we are ignored ..if that happens we'll give the equipments to some players that still want to play.

i did the scratch fued also (3 coins).. 1700 rps since the 200 and 900 ecash coins cant be purchased. i got on 3 scratches ultimate mdef scroll ( useless ) a 3 hr growth seal ( useless for a 115 +10 char ) and 1 ases.. so basically paid 1700 rps for 1 ases. i submitted ticket about false advertising cause gms said

Ticket id #215072 . Hope you can solve this ....and not just this problem . Maybe you or someone with influence can bring rohan to its rightfull place.

I have played scratch before, quite a bit, and in general I always get items that are worth around the value of the coins. In most cases they are useless, but at least value wise, I've never had an issue with scratch feud before. The only game that is absolutely not worth playing is Big 5, but as for the rest in my experience they have been fair value wise, if not usefulness wise.

Haha osouls............... I read the same as you and tried 1 attempt on that game just to see what would happen. I pretty much figured that it was a typo/error on Atzigans part, but yeah I agree that it was a very misleading statement he posted.

If it says I COULD or MAY win a million dollars, then I might decide to use that dollar to buy a cup of coffee instead.

Summary:

Face it Atzigan. osouls has a valid point regardless of what your support team have been trying to tell him in the ticket system. You got caught with your pants down around your knees and most of the time we ALL have to pay for our mistakes.

Typo, error or not, people spent Rohan Points buying those coins to play your game based on the PROMISE you made to your players that they would receive one of the Talismans you listed in your advertisement. Seems to me you now have an obligation to compensate each and every one of those people who played your game in Ran, Jin or Isen as you advertised. There really is no excuse for this - you have a marketing department and upper management that approves everything you guys say to your players with regards to contests and events. There is no way something like this could have slipped out unless it says exactly what it means. No excuses. Make good on the promise you guys made.

Tbh I could justify charging $10 and spending 300 rps if it landed me a talisman - I fully expected that I would get something ****e like a spirit stone, however that does not detract from the " you will gain a talisman if you play this game" aspect of Atzigans statement and had I known for sure that I wouldn't have got a talisman, then the money would have remained in my bank account.

There is quite a lot of Talismans in the game obtained via Scratch Feud.
There was no "Promise" although I agree it could have been worded better where you highlighted it.
But as it says:
There is a high chance that you will be one of the lucky winners = High Chance, not 100%.
While looking at how many players already obtained these Talismans via Scratch Feud I can see there is not an issue with this as there's a truckload of them already obtained from several players.
But as anyone who has already played scratch feud you never know what you're gonna get but you'll always get something in return.

The issue with GrayFB was he obtained a minor scroll which was not equivalent to 5 coins, this issue was resolved and the respective actions were made.

I agree that it could have been worded better. That is why real advertisers get paid the big bucks to keep this kind of wording from happening in the first place.

However in this case it was not. And some people paid money to you with the expectation you WILL give them talismans (not you did not say 'one of the above talismans' so that leaves you a hole to be able to hand out useless talismans). And at least two of your players called you out on it.

The statement you highlighted and the one I did are two separate statements. The first one (yours) calls it a high probability, and is immediately followed one (mine) that calls it a certainty (100%). If I am a consumer (oh wait -- I am!), which of those do you think I would be more wanting to believe?

As a consumer, which lottery ticket would you buy? The one that says on it that you could win the big prize or the one that says you will win the big prize. It is just one small word, but it changes the entire sentence's meaning.

I doubt you would have had as many players in that scratch game (or as much money collected) if you had have worded your advertisement using one of the ways I had pointed out.
