Crafting is kinda out of question because of blueprints which dont drop at all. Also armor's stat stones from crafting are waaaaay lower than IM's.

FULL chimera/tali. that's what they wanted with JIN but people still used glacials. RAN they can't do that because we have epic/upgrades. so let's trick these dumb cows into a new server with 100% dependability on IM stones with this fake picture of a balanced server to attract retards. i haven't logged that server once. only the idiots will be on this server.
If you don't want to purchase the stone from the Item Mall you are able to purchase attack stones for the Chimera Armor and Weapons from the Badge Exchange Center. The stones will cost you either 6 or 7 badges and will last you 7 days. As you will win Power Badges from the power arena whether your side wins or loses you have this option to buy the stones for your character without having to spend any money. As stated in another reply you are able to purchase scrolls with crones in game. You can also buy the hunter kits from in game sundries stores that will last you 8 hours. If you wish to upgrade them to 15 or 30 day kits you would have to buy a preservation stone from the Item Mall however.Quote:

They also released a master crafting pack on IM to level up your crafting for spirit stones and it comes with grade V blueprints so you can make magic/mele/hp/ranged spirit stones in game. A lot of people also sell stones in game for crone and of course it will be hard lol that's the point cash is for people that don't have the time to farm things on their own. Any game you play will be the same either you pay to get things the easy way or you actually play the game and farm/gather/craft your own gear. Glacial are also still good they give you more DD if you have good rolls or you can make weapon attack (mainly in the case of dhans) and you will probably do more dmg. So basically the only thing you have to spend rps on is ases, and even these you can find in game for crones. It may not be perfect, it is after all hard to please everyone and people will always find something to cry about, but so far they have shown concern for balancing the server and listening to players.
Note: Verenbaen some PA stones are only 3 day stones and there is no HP stone on sale there.

1: As long as people REFUSE to purchase those items (twins/ses etc.) the price will drop or they will try to sell for crones.
2: You can get twins in the game as well as SES from puma/eliz/observer/hell demon and white SES drops in hero map (burnt ruins/forgotten fortress/giant fingerprint) and there is always instance dungeon (get 2+ chars and do intermediate instance to get the most twins and chances for SES.)
3: If spirit stone blueprints could drop you would be able to make the ronelia spirit stones (but they require grade A spirit stones as an ingredient). If that was possible then the only spirit stone you would need to buy would be the armour spirit stones (as long as you attend PA regularly and use more than 1 char you can pull that off too). Even then I dont see isen as a good option for a server.
I still think ran is the best server overall the high reinforcement rate is too good to pass up. People complain about epics/upgs but the only class that is really screwed without them is dhans and giants. Humans can dual wield and have huge HP buffs, priests go full vit, templars have tali/opaniels, rangers are dead anyways if they get caught, glacial dks are fine higher reinforcement on the rings and 500 vit costume and pvp mages go full vit.
Then maybe get rid of the "free to play" sign? It's kinda misleading.Quote:

If I was in charge, second thing I would do would be to get rid of all the stat boosting scrolls other than alm scrolls. At least alm srolls benefit most builds somewhat evenly...unlike stupid attack scrolls and crit damage scrolls. But I'm not in charge...last time they offered me a job as a consultant to help fix the game I declined because they don't listen to player feedback at all anyhow.Quote:

But then you end up with templars double stacking attack scrolls, and auto crits on dhans turning into wtf one shot when they pop a melee and crit damage scroll. Meanwhile all the stat based builds get left behind because they don't really benefit from the %melee/range/magic scrolls at all. I just wouldn't point my finger at alm scrolls as the culprit when other ones are far more unbalanced.Quote:

in this game people tend to forget these simple game mechanics. That said, people also play these classes as they should be played. However this dynamic balance gets broken by the game publishers in the following ways:
1. Damage dealers are being allowed to build themselves as tanks while still retaining their high damage properties.
2. Tanks are being allowed to create huge amounts of damage while retaining their ability to be almost unkillable.
3. Support classes have not kept up with the role boundary crossing of the other classes.
All of these things unbalance and destabilize the game. YNK/Playwith has allowed this to happen and it seems every time I pop in to take a look around it has only gotten worse instead of better. These are not things I would allow to happen on any game I have a hand in designing.
Every class has its role and it must be only as good in its role as the next class is in its role. Templars should not cause more damage than other DPS classes like avengers, guardians, zerkers, warlocks and rangers. Dekan sages should not cause more damage than a defender. Wizards, priests, predators, savages and scouts should all be equally good at their support specializations.
Nerfing isn't the be-all, end-all answer. Role equality and balance is.
It wouldn't nerf anything, it would just get rid of the most unbalanced source of stat inflation in the game. But regardless...it would never happen, for obvious reasons. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Warlocks need some serious work like every damage skill has to be buffed out the ass to make int builds viable again.
One thing I was looking at is "mastery" buffs. Every class has one and only 3 classes have secondary effects (templars, priests and warlocks)
A secondary effect for each mastery buff could change a lot. I am a big defender fan one of the changes I was thinking was:
Blunt mastery: 20% attack speed increase at lvl 7 (they would swing just as fast as templars do)
Bless Shield: 20% block rate & 15% stun resistance at lvl 7
Rest of the defender skills are just fine no more dual wielding but u get 15% stun resistance which is huge and an additional 20% if you are +10 (and the stun deals magic damage like marea's hammer or strike bash)
This also indirectly buffs dex guards who dont dual wield a buff to invoke could see dex guards making a comeback as well.
Now before you rage QQ omg no nurf templarzz think about it for a minute. Two of the classes you just listed as needing help (warlocks and dex guards) have skill sets that benefit greatly from their respective stats and not so much from +attack. If the only scrolls were alm scrolls...guess which classes just got help.Quote:

I hear what you are saying but thats not a strong enough change for warlocks and crit blow is the 30% scroll for dex guards.
I would much rather see better stat only rings (think: Eurdrome ring with 100 dex 50 vit 50 str for example) to make dex guards stronger with the bless shield change that I proposed earlier. As far as warlocks go............. the skills are not strong enough to deal with the high health and health recovery of the average player I think all skills should deal a % of max HP as a base then apply a %age of int but some number crunching has to be done first.
