Hi, in the cells the mobs are like 115/ 120 and same for Ron Interior ~ tho some mobs there a magic and can hurt a bit. Hope that helps.

Outside the castle there are no mage mobs neither are there mage mobs in the underground cell.

Anyways for grinding, upper is better. Ronelia is better farming worth.
Best place to farm is hero maps and r5 both are templar friendly r5 is not giant friendly. Kalista is a good option for your savage tho k fragments are always valuable.
srr for asking too late guys, but what gears a templar need to solo in rone? if I got a temp with 2k5 pdef and 10k melee can I do solo in rone? and leech my scout? are there ranged mobs there?
There are ranged mobs in all spots in rone and 10k melee is enough IF you have lvl 7 buff/equality without it you will just end up ded when u dont splash.
Dont waste your time going in ronelia or upper ....many rpkers there... go ash dg better
ash is good for leveling, sucks for farming.
ain't much for drops in ash.
As well you can go only just so far in ash - really don't know the level limit there.
J4 and Cala are the best spots to lvl actually with ok damage you can solo there all day long or week no problem exp is actually great. I got my pred lvl105-111 with just soloing there before merging to Jainus. Exp should be good still.
Nah the best place is r5 115 exclusive dungeon
