Seems it's a bug because of the patch atm. Hope you don't lose your items.

No idea. You need to wait until ynk staff makes an announcement about it.
They fixed the dc-ing problem this morning. Just make a ss of what you put on EM and ask them for a replacement if your item gets sold. Not sure if they will do it though. Can at least try :)
And open a ticket about the problem.
