So has anyone come up with fix?

Has anyone come up with fix for game crash at char select screen yet?
Been a long ass time since i set last ticket and still have no answer yet.Has gm's just said screw it because its not widespread problem effecting enough people?
Some of us have spent plenty to play this game and we want a damn fix NOW.
So get off your asses and stop ignoring us...


Already tried reinstall windows and game about 5 times and still same result always crash after i select char and hit start.Ive made sure all my old nonplayed chars have names and clearing cookies and registry never fixed crap.

im having the same problem. its exhausting. have you got it fix by now?

A suggestion for YNK:

Take a look at BlindDude's account file and then take a look at jeffe9oofle's and look for similarities.

Can you log any account blinddude or does it do this for everything?

My account is having the same problem. I can log my alt account but not my main.

Yea same here i can log my alt buffer account but not this one.

Well there must be some error with your account file. Somebody who knows what they are doing AKA: Euthen should copy all your account information to another account and start modifying settings. If not they could always just take your account data (Rps/Chars/IM bag/EM bag/Event bag/Your char's inventories and equipped items) and put them on a brand new account. The process would take a long time but better than being 2 months with no rohan :P

I got my first response back from ynk on 3/17/13.they tried several times to fix this and even they could not log my account.On 3/23/13 this was the last info they gave me..

Still no fix and still no info from them on this problem.So as of today its been over 3 months.I even sent THH and Aztigizan or however its spelled the ticket info after they asked for it and Aztizgan did not even read my msg lol.

Sorry for the downtime. I'll try and get it looked into as soon as I can. Might have forgotten to mention it earlier just due to so many requests.

I have had a few tickets escalated to tier 2 just reply to it anyways by now its big burried in the tier 2 queue so you might want to bump it, get it sent to the normal ticket pool then have it bumped back up again.

PM euthen and have him try some of the things I suggested. If Ishtaria is lurking on the forums maybe he can shed some light on how many files pertain to your account/any other individual's account. Also if there is a log for logins (prior to char select) the game developer might have been smart enough to store errors for debugging but you never know.

I Have two accounts with the same problem and I have the same response.. escalated!. I have been playing a new account for quite some time now but the free EM sucks compared to both of my other accounts that I cant play, they have full paid for EM accounts that work, but what good are they if I cant log into the game past the character screen.
Very disappointed in YNK.

The sad part is all the leveling i have missed and IF they ever fix it ill be so far behind on lvl's that ill be lucky to even find a pt with old friends lol.That and all my freebies i got from rohanopoly still waiting on me i hope its all still there and they dont make it all go away trying to fix this crap.

Not sure if those tickets ever made it. I'm getting your instance looked into PEW because I have your character name and can get that account looked into but an original ticket ID would be nice.

So THH any news on getting this fixed? Im down for them switching everything to a new account or whatever it takes if thats an aption as long as i lose NOTHING lol.

It's being looked into, but if it boils down to it I'll see if that can be arranged.

For me was gamegurad i reinstal game and that noob program crashed again.Then someone tell me just dell gameguard faili made it and game reinstaled that fail now i play normaly.

Well it let me log 1 time after maint on tuesday.logged in long enough to get some gear for my buffer account.But when i tried to change chars it crashed and wont log in again.Its just dumb that the support takes this long to fix someones account that has spent lots of money to play yet they find time to add new events and new **** to sell.I know im not the only one with this problem so its not just my money they missing out on.

THH just have them make new account and add ALL my **** to it.

PS. tell them while they at it to throw a walter+6 and revive my lion for me as comp for taking so long :P

-> Its not a problem on your side since its clean.

2. The server since then has been restarted several times due to maintances.
-> Therefore it aint a runtime error either.


What i can think of now are SQL database errors:

1. Its an error regarding corrupted data stored in one of the tables responsible for account handling.
2. Since its happening while pressing play, but infact you are able to login your account itself, its an error regarding corrupted data in the character information tables.


Therefore, noone here will be able to solve it except a smart dev of YNK, who would double check the SQL tables for exceptional data. The problem is, YNK doesnt own any smart devs, neither do they have a feeling for fast support. This leads to the conclusion that there is a close to zero chance this problem will be ever solved.

You missed the update in another thread. It was a issue with win XP and server side files and once I installed windows 8 my problem was solved and ive been logging in just fine.
not saying its a fix for your problem but if your running xp then install windows 8 and see if it works.

Meh hes an old man he probably went on a vacation. Idr what happened to deeds, he either got scammed or quit or a combination of the two.

Ill have to log on ran and see his name for you.. ill pm you his ign since im not sure if he wants all knowing this info. And I do miss the old fart too. Ill also check our old game clan site where he tends to lurk from time to time and see if he is around.

Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Features -> Rohan Blood Feud -> Uninstall/Remove -> Enjoy your life, get laid, go kill a botle of Jack Daniels, Find a job,gf,.... and game will stop crashing probably

Try removing all the .set files from Rohan folder and the GameGuard folder. Then start from rohanclient.exe, when the screen asking your account ID and pass pops out, close it off and start rohan from loader. That should do it. Also clean your PC from time to time, I recommend CCleaner, works fine.

Veredict thank you honney but not working :( second acount is out... one more and i`m totaly out from rohan haha just inserted stones in mine chimera maeby for that :D i hope after maintance all will be ok and ill have 3 days left to use stones haha

I had same issue before and they answer me to uninastal game and remove all folders then reinstal it, this fixing problem but for few days only,problem is in server.I think some fail giving error and i need to know who one is that bast**d :D
