May I ask why I cannot claim the compensation . I started to register my account this january but my gamer code list was empty..ieh

You only get a code if that account has been online during the issues, which was fixed already back in 2015, if you made your acc this january (2016) you wont receive a code.

Does its say Redeemed ''N'' and are you redeeming it at the same account you got it?

I log into my other accounts and then try to get the new gamer code for that account and it gives me the code I had for my main account. I even deleted my cookies and it's the same for all of my accounts. I play all my accounts every day. I have 5 accounts and my granddaughter has 1. Same issue on all of the accounts.

Yes and yes. I copied and pasted the code and submitted it and it tells me invalid promotion code.
