The laws of your country only apply within the borders of the country, so if Aizen wouldve went to shout "Sieg Heil" in a german street he couldve been put to jail at worst. Im not saying he will get put to jail for this said here on the forums, frankly he wouldnt even been put into jail if wouldve done that in Houston Downtown, but the German´s werent exactly friendly in the balcanic states during WW2(iir Aizen`s heritage correctly), so it kinda baffles me.

Saying he was "making [...] an opinion/statement", doesnt work if your conversational partner has at least half a funcioning braincell, to disassemble your lousy attempt at making it falling under "free speech" and "it wasnt an insult, it was just a statement".
