One of my coworkers is a total moron with no common sense. Its funny that a few years back, the actual conversation that popped up on the forum was what type of compensation should be given for the removal of epics/upgrades, because most players recognized what a massive mistake they were.

Believe me or not, i wasn't asking for Isen server, i liked Jin as it was. And i think you said something about epic/upg sale and it would solve our ptoblem? Or ask again for a new server? You don't get it. We paid 1/2 of epic cost to get decent glacials, more for reinforcing, more for any kind of forging. Tell me why did i spend as much as few epics/upgs and still remain with as you say it "2nd rate glacials". Which ain't worth sh*t now? Basically i spend let's say 50k rp on weapons for Jin and now these 50k became 5k, so now i have to charge again to get smth similar to epic which would be still inferior to both ran/ph weapons. And concerning moving to Isen, are you friendly with your head at all? It's the same thing, my gear on jin became sh*t. I will get close to nothing by selling everything. And why exactly i should start again from 0, just to charge again countless thousands of rp? Surely you can understand why Jin players feel screwed over.

Oh sry I didn't want to take your credits in front of GMs, hell no. Plus when we wanted merge was cuz Jin became so boring and ppl started to leave during to server being so broken and pvpless, ppl just wanted fun before the game dies completely.

K so you are everywhere I am going to list things in point form:

- You sold gear at a low price after epics came out.
- Epic/Upg users didnt charge as much
-Jin players have forged two weapons (doesnt seem right but ok)
-You didnt ask for isen server because you liked jin the way it was.
-You misread a post and didnt bother to check it up
-You claim to have spent 50k rp making the two weapons you mentioned earlier and they depreciated like all items do over time.
-You dont know what the stats are but you assume they will be completely inferior to epic/upg
-You misunderstood my post again didnt bother to read it but want to claim I am mentally unfit instead of re reading or quoting what I said (glad you didnt it would remove all the context).

Lets see what is worth responding to.....

Why jin players feel screwed over but the rest of the game cant. Because there are not players across ran and jin who have glacials or were in your shoes but only because they are on jin do they deserve compensation? You made 2 items and they depreciated simple as that. I dont understand why this is such a hard concept if its easy to do/make its gonna depreciate. Things that are harder to make and harder to do wont depreciate as fast or will appreciate. Now think back how are glacials made? You kill mobs (which everybody can do) you destat forge dlvl and reinforce. All those things you can still do and can still get.

Glacials have been around for what 4 years? Do you think there will never be a point where there will be more glacials than there are chars to use them?

Epics/Upgs only keep their value because you CANT GET THEM or else they would depreciate just like your glacials did. Its not because epics have made your weapons obsolete that they have gone down in price its because its getting cheaper and cheaper to make a glacial weapon.

2 weapons? really? How about close to 10? LOL the price of Glacials would be roughly the same if we wouldn't be merging in near future. But we are, and prices are already dropping due to simple fact that ran/PH weapons will be the trend as always, and to be good in upcoming merged server, other players (Jin) will need to buy Inferior weapons (Atzigan said it himself, those weapons won't be as OP as epics/upgs/PH). Still saying that Ran/PH weapons are not to blame that Gear in Jin depreciate? You bought epic/upg paid 23-30k, and the price still is about 60-99k rp of those. I bought Jin Glacial for 15k rp and now it will be 2k,because it automatically after merge turns into wack flesh-poker. And why do you think that glacials depreciate because it's now cheaper to make glacials? rates are as low as they were.

Sure, at jin is so easy to get +18 opaniels and feathers, I know people who spend over 250k rps to get them. Even + 12 is hard as fk, but who cares right? the only one thing that really matter is that epic weapons keep their price. But lets make a assumption, lets make a epic weapons sale with 14%dd(as set) and lets put them at IM for idk 7k rps each part(7k charged rps, ofc because they need their moneymaker) ppl will get weapons, with similar stats to epic, but hey! ppl will spent at least 35k - 45k rps(and that's so fking cheap) but hey, they already spend 50k or more to get their opaniel, talis, and chimeras + 12+; and you say they do not deserve any compensation, that all what they should do is purchase again the same crap for hilarious prices? but hey! actually ran users has to spend a lot less of money for their weapons if you compare to jin, where people bought talis+0 for 30k rps spend 20k to make them +12, 10k on spirit stones and when opaniels comes up they had to do the same.

But hey! dw because if ppl make weapons with very similar stats or better than epics, I will see ur 71% dd mace on em for 10k rps.

K so you still dont understand lets say I spend 15k for a glacial staff today. 6 months from now parts for another 50 glacial staves have been farmed is the price for a glacial staff gonna go up or down?

Atzigan said it was going to be less OP than epics/upgs he did not specify by how much you will see when it comes out but I am pretty damn sure it wont be a huge difference. And you also have shiny option stones which means the chance of a bad roll is gone. Once you forge that weapon you are going to be over 50% dd you go in knowing your only chance wont be in vain is that not enough? Just relax and wait to see the stats kay?


And ofc weapons you CANT MAKE will appreciate in price while your glacial which PEOPLE FARM PARTS FOR EVERY DAY is going to depreciate. Blame it on epics/upgs all you want the fact is that it was already depreciating the entire time.

I dont think I have to tell you that you made a really big risk making a +18 opaniel when any forumer knew that a spirit stone nerf was in the works. But anyways in your case maybe compensation is needed. His case is different hes talking about glacials that players are farming every single day meanwhile your opaniel is 1 in every 50 players? maybe more. Is this too hard to understand also? doesnt seem to be the case.
