is 45% atk better than 70% melee for templar?

45% atk was just Melee or Magic
55% was all atk meaning both Melee and Magic

That's what i asked to him.. if the 55% atk were craftable still.

they deleted ALL of them and replaced them with vouchers to get grade V/VI single attack spirit stones (Range OR melee OR magic)
