No difference in EM. EM treats rps the same as ecash which means if you got no ecash, you are paying full value in bought RPs ($€¥£₡Q﷼₭ден₮₱฿kr₩ - pardon if missed anybody's money :p). And EM ALWAYS drains your RPs first.
