You can look at this one of two ways.
Spend your life savings and or years to max out everything and try to be the best of the best or you can be a causal spender and roll with the punches.
Im in a main pvp guild. Im one of the more squishier priests and altho I have decent gear I still die a lot. But there are other times where I don't and the extreme spenders die just as much as me.
Point is, I still pvp and I still have fun. We get out numbered, We die but we get back up and go at it again and then they die. I cant and I wont ever spend huge amounts on this game because life > Rohan and I have other commitments that Id rather spend my cash on. And so I make do with what I have and that suits me fine.
As I said 100 times be4, this game is what YOU make it.

It acutally is a big issue if you dont spend alot coz there are retards who did spend their life savings on rohan, you tryna compare yourself with em is stupid if you did not spend nearly as much. There is imbalance between classes, defo but thats why they are bringing out the balance patches.

The pure atk and inflated atk issue is real if you don't know how stuff work don't complain the fault is all on X or Y person/thing. Templars BM(said a billion times already) converts your Magic atk(Inflated and pure) to Pure only Melee atk, then that Melee is multiplied with more modifiers(Melee% from weapon, scrolls, auras, etc) and multiplied by Int stat. No class with as much or more atk(Melee, Magic, Ranged) can out damage Templars because of that BM formula atk spd, Euphoria 30% Hp absorption, Reflect, Magic Barrier, Healing, etc etc etc. With the Human and Giants Changes Templars aren't getting more melee from all stat Str(RM and CS% boost) even with this changes Temps are hitting hard. But at least Humans and Giants can fight back(with the right gear ofc). If the HalfElf and DarkElf changes where made right they will be able to fight back with as much success as Humans and Giants but still this needs to be seen(Could Fail we never know).
The only one missing the point was YNK a couple years ago.. somewhere around 2007.. IJS
Someone only have to go to the korean site and translate the changes. On their site all changes for every class are public but in korean. If someone wouöd translate them we could talk about the balance. If its good or not. But atm Templers, guards and giants are the best Dmg dealer. And the update is months ago so it taks the same time or more for the next update.
Ive posted a couple of changes soon to be added to this server fully translated if you was looking for them just check some of my posts ans snipers to. The changes arent game changers for Scouts if you ask me Mages(locks/wizzys) and Rangers are.
