I got mine blocked but release right after a day. I think there might be really a problem with pay pal
Funny thing is they keep telling that it's PayPal fault, I even confirm twice with PayPal and they 100% guarantee that the payment was successful. Between playwith and PayPal I think I trust PayPal more

can you not handle this via emails to the billing department?
I think you just might get a little more direct response talking right to the money handlers.
problem is i did thats was the whole point. idk when i'll get my rps. But they unblock my account ( hoping that i would forget about the 5k and charge more i guess)
you are talking in the wrong place about this. the billing guys don't look at or discuss on forums.
talk to billing@playrohan.com directly and deal with the people that can fix your issue.
