If you choose Ran/Jin server, you will experience low success rate of forging. the two server will merged so they will have the same rate.

All I can say is, if you want to go to any server. That would be fine. In the first place, the servers will merge and eventually be as one. So meaning, what ever your server is, nothing will change. Just my opinion.
