An archer must attack with a bow, not with a sword,
can not understand that?
Maybe Rohan has errors in some Skills but this can be corrected,
is not applying extreme solutions,
only correct weapons for all races, as well as the Glacial Staff upgrade for magicians
Warlock is a magician, he works the sword but should not be so,
Warlock should work with Staff "should talk about Warlock" INT, PSY, OR VIT
NO mention Staff "or sword."
* if you want to be a warrior and use sword, choose Human, giant, Dhan and Dekan.
* if you want to be a magician and use a staff, you should choose a wizard a warlock or priest
For this are the races, classes and weapons.
It is HARD to imagine a magician with a dagger to fight
One chooses a magician to use a Staff no Dagger

Even in gvg all it would need to to maintain a good shield and run around debuffing the shirt outta the enemy guild/party. Wizards in gvg are not there to inflict damage. They get used for shields and sowing confusion with aoe madness. Either of those really requires a staff or wand. Having a good Vit + Mana sword / dagger would work just fine -- especially if it has some mobi. I've had quite a lot of fun doing that in ruler wars using a daggers with lots of health and mobi. Drove the opposing guild nuts as hell and had them fuming :D

Even if you want to play DPS and you are not hellbent on being an int warlock (cmon they suck) psy is better because a strong mind crit is the same as a ring burst with 27% crit rate? and hacked up upg2.0 dagger with even moar attack speed.

Just pointing out there are times when a staff is not the best choice for every situation - depends on what you have in your bag and what is needed.
