If the apparent Rules of this Shielyn Community Room

Yea I looked at the new rules and was pretty blown away. I feel like they'll need to change them if they plan to bring back the essence of the war room, otherwise there's really no purpose in posting by server.

Agreed. But I still think they aren't supposed to be as strict as they appear to be.

Well, they've always penalized forum accounts.
This is why you make alt accounts just for the forums...nothing new.

War room rules use to state you couldn't seriously threaten people irl. I think that's a fair enough line though.
