Dude, get your head out of your ass and look around. Do you even understand how a company works? GMs work for a living. They are paid to do a job and that is to resolve tickets and manage the game. Their performance is based on their performance in those tasks. They are not paid to read these forums. And they certainly won't get anywhere trying to convince their managers that the game should be changed because a few people are complaining in their forums. They can't take forum posts to their managers, and upper managers/vice presidents and CEOs. However all those levels DO look at tickets. They don't give a rat's ass about the forums.
