Its not a bug, its for Hunter Kit, when u die, pet release and bot stop (then ur pet dont die in case of botting afk)...
They wont fix it... or maybe after bot event :O

At least why keep this crap cd :confused:
it does its 15 days since u unseal it (so ppl started it on theyr main should expire the 04/28)
for other who create char between event it can be till end May
