I can't verify all, but I know you can get:

Gold Dust - Snow Princess (low chance bruh)
Snake Skin - Kinbara, Herkaus Forest
Vabe - Sand Storm (low chance too)

I don't know about the other items. Time to hunt!

Gold dust - Collect with craftman skill at Land's End on the "Bright Stone at snowfield"
Snake skin - Brown Soil, Dry Sphin-x-cor
Strong rib - Titan skull at East of red soil (or west I forgot, check wikia)
Piece of broken rock - Bird rock at east of red soil
Vane - Turtle at east of red soil, or sandy windy at Dungeon of Death
Alloy Chain - Hot blooded rock at Mt Cross
