ATZIGAN why is Sineida holding my 615 mill hostage!!!!! gimme my crones... pls:)

u got rotre just keep replying to the ticket until sineida or atzigan answers. Ozam Rotre Amp etc all tier 0.5 gms that cant do anything.

was ur expected reward the crone amount frm the tsb npc status?

sineida was the one that kept closing my ticket after telling me "At this time we are closing this ticket, there are no outstanding prizes or know issues with TSB. All prizes are given out correctly at this time. There are no shown bugs in our logs during that time"

and i actually requested sineida to NOT handle my ticket anymore since she/he has dropped the ball soo much in this matter, especially after giving you your crone being fully aware of issue with tsb crone and then telling me no issue. blatantly lied to me and closed my tickets. 1215 tickets between my ticket and your ticket but yours resolved first and this was over the exact same matter.

you actually only get 30-40% of the crones that you see that the tsb npc status tab..
ex.if it shows 1bil just before tsb.you only get around 4xx mil after tsb.

Ss's taken right after tsb ended. yes my inventory window is covering the actual time. but u can see time on my desktop screen. 12:32 am. im east coast so 3 hrs off server time. SS of the GT was taken 15 min later cause i was busy writing up ticket. u can also see tab on bottom left "your ticket detail..." from where i was writing ticket. everything legit. 1.23 bill earned from tax minus 10 % transfer fee. and got 492 mill in GT(we took all out beforehand so would know how much got)

i dont know much about the tsb stuff. evidently gms dont either. i even went as far as to say are you accusing me of photoshopping my SS's and attempting to scam gm's of 600+ mill crone??? ofc no reply to that.

That was because of brine town which used to exist and does not anymore due to the clashing valley. You basically get cheated out of 50% of the crones (brine tax 30% brine transfer fee 10% ash transfer fee 10%) I got my ticket resolved I mean kal did win tb a month or so ago so maybe the GMs are not taking his ticket seriously :|
