I don't think that has anything to do with the GMs. I think it's the responsibility of the message board providers.

Yep, the old ones dragged out for so damn long and explained next to nothing, often even making mistakes in key skills or stat distributions.
Hopefully the forums will re-establish themselves soon enough, though. I'd bother to do more guides on other classes but I lack the experience to do the play style tips bit, which is really the important part.
Well, I guess I could do a Templar guide as the key strategy is pretty much summed as:
"Get OP gear. Buff yourself. Scroll. Buff Reflect. Play whack-a-mole but with people. Chrono and cast reflect again. Run back to a safe zone when the second reflect expires and wait for chrono's cooldown to finish. Rinse and repeat. You're now a pro Templar."
Templars ARE the guild structure atm, a guild with no templars does not work.
That is YNK's biggest mistake, in order to fix it at this point they would need to nerf them to a point of no return.
And a LOOOOT of people would get seriously pissed because of it, but on the long run it would be a smarter move to keep the game running and balance things out.
Since right now its just a templar monopoly all over.
Bleh, this has been said before a million times, not like they gonna listen.
I mean, I'm not asking for just a templar nerf, I'm asking for B A L A N C I N G, which STARTS by nerfing templars.
I've played templar multiple times, and even in their OP form they are insanely boring classes to play.
The only situations in which you actually need skill is in mass pvp or against similar or better geared templars, that's it, for the rest just click and reflection.
Personally, I think temps are fine, it's really only some of the boss drops that make some of them op. Non boss drop temps for the most part don't hit that hard. And drops don't necessarily make one good, Koph died to xDevil last night (AHEM). Did you watch the vid Qndy made with him on ExBeZuZeP in which we beat a pt with three temps in it with a pt with no temps? Or how about two nights ago at Ahkma, in which three str dhans rape three templars over and over again? I'm not sure if Qndy frapsed that or not, if he did I'm sure he'll post it soon.
