If anything, I reckon the bigger question was: who will level me now?? I was only 2 lvls short of 99. That the 110 level cap was already out for more than a year, is not of any relevance.

Actually, they do.

I always get a notification if someone Pm'd me (stop spammer me) - I even get to choose if I want to open it in the current tab, or if i want to open it in another tab.. hence, even different window.
