I have the same problem. Unable to play for more than one month.
Hi.. I also experience these problems and not just me, but also my friend... We're trying to think of ways on how to solve this problem. But like you, re-installing the game didn't work. It's been two months and the problem is still there. I hope the GMs would do something about this sooner or later.

So, after "killing" our chars with the new SOED, now we are unnable to play our new chars. Nice one...
