the drawing tool the GM provided is the most basic, and simplest of all forms. it does not even allow the usage of a drawing pad/pen.
there are many parts of your drawing that indicates you were using other software to produce that drawing. then uploaded to imgur website.
For example, ears, you can clearly see the lines going going from thick to thin ( at the very top) and thick again which indicates pressure from a pen when u draw.
and all 4 ears looked exactly the same which indicated copy and paste function. The sharpness of the lines are impossible to do with a mouse, and transitions from thick lines to thin lines are way too smooth.
Every stroke of a line you had to get it to perfect without making any form of mistake is impossible, not to mention no eraser function in that tool.
