Well anyway, as far as I've tried to understand what you said, ROHAN launched some events in celebration of halloween lol. The ROHAN's Next Top Artist - halloween thingie and halloween-themed event prizes.

Chances are you missed reading about them then you came here, wore your keyboard warrior helm +7 and ranted it out lol. Cheers!
