Who did make a Walter's Medal +7 during event?

I think the way you get the Walters is not important, since it's not mentioned in the event description page on forum. Goal is just to make a +7 within the event period. But still, making one is so hard since it keeps failing at +4...

i had.. 8 x walter +2 and ended up with 1 x walter 3... OP scam
