No more mr?

1 hr per poss isnt all that bad of a wait. If people wanna kill other people, they will. Regardless if they have MR or not.

Cause you know.. MR is really such a contributing factor in the decision to kill someone or not...

hahah that depends on your lvl of skill as a tactical player, if you want to think further than just " kill to kill " or not..... ;)

its not about IF they will kill the person....its about WHEN! :) and if people want to kill someone over and over again and dont have mr, what do you think will happen? he gonna farm venge on the guy and let hes alts go red insted.
