Who is better for Pve Wiz or Str Noir.

Shield was changed back to 2hr buff and 50% psy, check kRohan patch notes.
The only class that got its shield heavily nerfed was warlock sadly. Still we have to see how this changes actually work out in the end.

Still don't get why nerf Shield when it was doing its job -_-
Much sad, ohh and Nightmare is 8 second cooldown now almost gave me a heart atk when i read that.
