Depends if you got crones coming out your ears and in a big hurry.

-1 = ### crones and best success rate smallest penalty if fails (unless you have refined more than -30, then all penalties = equips gone)
-2 = ### x2 crones and mid success rate and so-so penalty if rails
-3 = ### x4 crones and poorest success rate and highest penalty if fails

yes. Some people are really lucky, others -- not so much.

yesterday i destroyed a part of darkness onyx and it was only lvl100 when i tried another "kaboom" LOL ,n i had guild buffs ,so its not safe ,lucky those who did it :)

I there was no blessing event running either so only real benefit you were getting was your guild buff. Not enough to risk going more then -32

then when is the next blessing event ? :DDDDD

Safety is 30 lvls or 29+3 only ( - 32lvl)
I made alot 104 lvl weapons to lvl 10 and broked all glacials on lvl 62-63,ruined one super bedron set only 3 parts to lvl 10 another 2 not survived lol soo its a chance and big balls :D

It's ON, for every weekend in this month, but like i said b4, we had emergency maintenance that im sure fix the rates. So no more 100% chance to dlvl to lvl 1.

here i dlvled until the item broke so this is around the current rate without buffs and weekend event. this is for the -1 dlvls
succeed: 56
fail:25
percentage wise thats 69%
with guild buff
79%| multiplicatively its 76%
without guild buff but with event boost (Jainus Blessings Ohn's essence has triggered the following Boosts: Great Boosts of up to 20% of the current rates on Forging, Refining, Reinforcement)
89%| multiplicatively its 82%
with guild buff and event boost
99%| multiplicatively its 90%

it says up to so it could be somewhat lower and I didn't have a big sample set so the base percentage might be a bit lower too.
